## A recent one: A+ Garage Doors

A+ is a garage door company in Las Vegas and Utah. Their old home page was slow on a phone, so I rebuilt it as a small, fast page. It is still in preview. Same test on both, same day:

-   **Google's phone speed score: 76 to 77 before, 99 to 100 after.**
-   **Time to the main picture: 6.2 seconds before, 1.4 to 2.1 seconds after.**
-   **Data sent to the phone: 14 to 16 MB before, 0.4 MB after.**

Google's PageSpeed test (Lighthouse 12.8.2), phone setting, two runs each on 28 October 2026. The booking, chat and tracking tools are blocked on both pages for a fair comparison, because the new page does not carry them yet. Its score will dip a little when they go on. I have no search-ranking numbers for it yet, so I am not quoting any.
